Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing water sport where you stand on a large board and use a paddle to move through the water. It's a great full-body workout and an amazing way to see Barcelona from a unique perspective.

Do I need previous experience?

Not at all! Our tours are beginner-friendly. Our certified instructors will teach you the basics on the beach before we head into the water. We'll have you standing up and paddling in no time!

Is it safe to paddleboard in Barcelona?

Yes—our certified instructors prioritize safety, provide a full briefing, and guide you based on the day’s sea conditions.

What’s included in the tours?

All equipment (board, paddle, leash), certified guide, and high-quality photos & 4K videos are included.

Do you offer Moonlight Paddleboarding?
